Knitting Project Kit - The Accordion Cowl
The Accordion Cowl is a quick and engaging project suitable for beginners (worked in the round) with a simple and beautiful pattern of diagonal lines on a background of stockinette stitch.
Designed by Vera Marcu, of Vera Loves Knitting, this fun, soft & cosy Knitting Kit has been made specifically for beautiful & soft Adagio Mills Yarn.
One round of purl stitch makes the fabric fold onto itself like an accordion, whilst the bell shape gives the wearer comfort without bulk.
The photos are shown in our Alpaca Brown SANDS colour but there are many different colour options to choose from!
Current colour options available: Black, Brown SANDS, Brown RUSTY, Cream, Grey MIST, Grey STORM, Grey THUNDER, Chocolate, Chocolate MOCHA (all 100% Alpaca) and Peach Fuzz, Grape, True Blue, Fern, Seabreeze & Strawberry Shortcake (all 70% Alpaca & 30% Wool).
Each Kit includes: 4ply Adagio Mills Yarn & Printed Pattern with your Ravelry Pattern download code.
The finished size of the Cowl is approximately 47cm (Top Diameter), 66cm (Bottom Diameter) and 37cm Length.
Additional Materials required (not included in this kit): 3.25mm (US 3) 40cm (16”) Circular Knitting Needles, 1 Stitch Ring Marker, Wool Darning Needle & Scissors.
