What are some of the benefits of wearing Alpaca?

  • It is a natural fibre, retains heat, light weight and is extremely soft.

Is Alpaca fibre good for sensitive skin?

  • Yes - Alpaca fibre is hypoallergenic (contains no lanolin) and great for people with sensitive skin.

Do Alpacas need to be shorn each and every year?

  • Yes - Alpacas do not shed their fleece and have to be shorn once a year. They have exceptionally warm and long fleece for winter and if they are not shorn they will overheat in summer which could be fatal.

I have my own Alpacas and would like the fibre processed, can you provide this service?

  • Yes - we can now process your Alpaca fibre / fleece into workable Yarn, Rovings or Felt Batts.

I have my own Sheep and would like the fibre processed, can you provide this service?

  • No - unfortunately we do not provide this service just yet but please keep an eye on our Social Media pages because this will change in the future. Facebook or Instagram

Do you have a shop front?

  • No – we don’t currently but we do attend regular Markets & Festivals so stay up to date with our Social Media pages. Facebook or Instagram

How accurate are the colours on your website?

  • We do our best to ensure the colours displayed on our website are precise but due to the wide variety of computers, phones, devices and screens and the settings available for these we cannot guarantee how the colours will display on your screen.

Where do you source your Alpaca Fibre from?

  • We only source & use Australian Alpaca Fibre, primarily grown in New South Wales.

How much is shipping?

  • Shipping, Packaging & Handling is a flat rate of $12 (Regular Post) and $16 (Express Post) per order within Australia.

Do you ship to an overseas address?

  • Yes, we can ship to an international address but please note that shipping will be quoted separately to your order once it is confirmed.

Can I return my products if I change my mind?

  • Whilst we hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, however, if your product is faulty or different to the item ordered please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order to discuss your options.

  • Unfortunately we do not refund or exchange for change of mind purchases.
